please remove foie gras from your menu. It is very cruel to geese and banned in 15 countries. I will not eat at your restaurant until it is off the menu.

If you feel so passionate about Foie Gras why wouldn't you leave your name? Foie is delicious and you should do more research. Try reading "Foie Gras Wars" by Mark Caro.
